At Amethyst Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
